Two Charts:
The Obama Economy was better!
“We are enjoying the hottest and strongest economy this country has seen in 50 years—and this is due to President Trump’s common-sense, job-creating.”
Representative Mark Meadows LIED on the floor of the House!
“We are enjoying the hottest and strongest economy this country has seen in 50 years” – NO! This is the First of Many LIES on this website!
“Here are some points you can highlight for your liberal friends and family and it’s all backed up by facts, not feelings:”
“The U.S. has added more than 7 million new jobs since President Trump was elected.”
Obama Created More New Jobs!
Primary Source:
https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/ces0000000001?output_view=net_1mth
The green boxes are months Obama did better than Trump’s November 2019 number:
From 2013-2016 (When Trump says Obama was terrible, Obama created 215,729 new jobs per month compared to Trump’s 194,543 per month.
https://limbaugh2020.com/obama-created-more-new-jobs-than-trump-has/
“more than 7 million new job” – Actual number is …. 6,809,000 in 35 months, that is LESS that 7 million – LIE Number 2! Obama in last 48 months? 6,987,000 – That Would Be More!
“This includes over 500,000 new manufacturing jobs and nearly 4 million jobs for women.”
Trump created 497,000 new manufacturing jobs, less than 500,000 – Lie Number 3! “nearly 4 million jobs for women” – This took a little more work to calculate. January 2017, https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/empsit_02032017.pdf – Women, 16 years and over – 71,069 – November, 2019 – https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/empsit.pdf 74,533 so 3,464,000 is LESS than 4 million – Lie Number 4! Obama’s last 35 months? February 2014 to December 2016? https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/empsit_03072014.pdf 68,458 to https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/empsit_01062017.pdf 71,250 – 2,792 – So Trump has his first win versus four losses so far.
“And, monthly jobs reports are showing that the Trump economy is still soaring.”
This is a lie!

Why Aren’t Wages Keeping Up? It’s Not The Economy, It’s Management
Primary Source: https://www.bls.gov/news.release/realer.nr0.htm
REAL EARNINGS – NOVEMBER 2019 All employees Real average hourly earnings for all employees were unchanged from October to November, seasonally adjusted, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. This result stems from an increase of 0.2 percent in average hourly earnings combined with an increase of 0.3 percent in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U). Real average weekly earnings were unchanged over the month due to no change in real average hourly earnings or the average workweek. Real average hourly earnings increased 1.1 percent, seasonally adjusted, from November 2018 to November 2019. An unsettling future for millions of American jobs
“The U.S. economy is besting expectations for job growth, and the unemployment rate is at its lowest in several decades — but the other side of the story is that millions of jobs out there just aren’t good enough.
Why it matters: Almost half of all American workers are stuck in low-wage jobs that often don’t pay enough to support their lives, lack benefits and sit squarely inside the automation bullseye.”

Why aren’t wages rising faster even with low unemployment? Trade war, weaker economy are among reasons
Almost half of all Americans work in low-wage jobs
“Our friends and neighbors from ALL backgrounds are enjoying the healthiest, strongest, and most uplifting economy we have seen in decades. And by reelecting President Trump it will continue to grow for years to come.”
Word Salad – Obama’s economy was healthier, stronger and more uplifting.
