This account was suspended for sending multiple unsolicited @replies or mentions. Twitter monitors the use of these features to make sure they’re not abused. Using either feature to post messages to other users in an unsolicited or egregious manner is considered an abuse of its use, which results in account suspension.

I have never been told, after 18 appeals, certified letters, a San Francisco Small Claims Court filing and a Better Business Bureau complaint, what tweet or tweets “broke the rule”. My guess is I replied to a #MAGA person about their lies and they reported me as being mean to them. NOW we have to get RedTRaccoon Reinstated!

UPDATE – October 4, 2019 – On the advice of a new twitter friend I made I also filed a complaint with the San Francisco Better Business Office and they accepted my complaint and forwarded it to Twitter and asked Twitter to send me an answer – See October 9 Update above – this or the San Francisco Small Claims Court filing seems to have worked!

October 3, 2019 Continued – A great twitter friend I made during my 2016 campaign has been suspended by Twitter! – Update – he has been reinstated now!

UPDATE – September 18, 2019 – San Francisco sent me what I need to finish filing my lawsuit against Twitter. The fee will be $50 and I needed to send two more signed copies of the form I sent them. I am going to call them on October 7 on the number them provided to double-check what I need to send to get this ball rolling.

UPDATE – September 16, 2019 – San Francisco Small Claims Court signed for my court filing paperwork at 12:39PM their time today. Twitter signed for it at the front desk at 12:27pm their time today.

I have YET to be told WHICH RULE I broke. I have yet to communicate with a HUMAN BEING! This is NOT informative! I never have been told WHY! One thing I know is CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I have filed 15 appeals. I get the same response each time:

My reason for writing this letter is because I plan to file a lawsuit to force you to change this passage on your website:

File an appeal and we may be able to unsuspend your account. If you are unable to unsuspend your own account using the instructions above and you think that we made a mistake suspending or locking your account, you can appeal. First, log in to the account that is suspended. Then, open a new browser tab and file an appeal. “

Replying with a form-email is NOT an APPEAL process. I have yet to be told what RULE I Violated so I will not do it again.

My 2020 campaign slogan is “Limbaugh2020 – Can You See It?”  So, I need my @limbaugh2020 account back!

I plan on purchasing bumper stickers and buttons, just as I did in 2016.

Please give me my @limbaugh2020 account back and let me know what rule(s) I violated so I will not do that again. That is how an appeal process is supposed to work.
